Do Binaural Beats Work?

If you’ve been up late into the night unable to sleep, you may have heard of something called binaural beats. I discovered them one night when I just couldn’t seem to fall asleep. I had been laying in bed for hours tossing and turning when I finally gave up on trying to sleep. I figured I would check the good ol’ internet to see what I could find for tips on getting to sleep. As you listen your brain perceives the tones as a pulsing frequency. The idea is that as you listen your brain waves will move toward the frequency that is being perceived. When done properly the tones will cause your brain waves to slow toward the point of sleep. So do binaural beats work? Yeah they CAN work.

Taking all of the above into consideration there is no definite answer to the question, “do binaural beats work?”. This is because while it has been scientifically explored, and observed, there is no scientific formula to explain it. I find that they work for me, and when faced with other options like pills, they are a great choice.
